We realise that most people want to know the cost of something beforehand, so we have listed the prices for the our most commonly requested services below. For your peace of mind, if we cannot fix something there is no charge (excluding callout fee). The basic callout charge is only £5 to cover the petrol cost.

There are two prices for some services listed below, one for ‘At Home’ and one for ‘At Workshop’. For the former we will complete the repair / service immediately and for the latter we will take the system away to our workshop and return it the next working day. If something is not listed below you can ask for a quote before the job starts or pay hourly – our rate is very competitive at just £30 per hour.

• New Computer setup (OS already installed) £30
• Hardware upgrades /repairs – Super Drive / Combo drive- £40
• Hardware upgrades – Hard disc (data copied over)/ motherboard replacement - £60 at home, £40 at workshop
• Wireless and wired network setup £50 (for router and 2 devices to be setup, every additional network device beyond this £10 extra)
• Boot Camp / Parallels Installation and configuration - £50 (must supply your own version of windows /Parallels)
• Full OS reinstall - £60 , this price also includes full data transfer to the new version of OS X. Note that software and programs on the computer will not be transferred, and must be reinstalled manually.
• Recovery of deleted files – £30
